Howard University- All the Other Kids

So again, I was surfing the internet...like I always do. Came across this cool video. I think what really got me was the song in the background, yet also the style and confidence the students displayed in the video. Makes me wanna drop everything and check out Howard...naw...or just watch the video over and over. Check out this junk.

Second Guessing - Spoken Word

A Day in the life of an Afghanistan student #wakeup

This is what kids in Afghanistan go though just to go to school. It's sad how we take so much for granted. We must continue to educate ourselves on foreign issues. It will cause us to be more informed and have a better knowlegde about global issues and not just issues on our block or in our hoods.

Ebony the Erotic

And she said you'll see a new erotic

not talking bout getting in between thighs

She got in between my ears.

Made love to my mind

Thoughts come…

Naturally when I think of her

Inside her roots,

around her trunk,

I branch off... deep affection

distinct reflections when we sexing

manifest when you interlink with me

Recently,

it's been pleasing to see you aroused wet pressing frequently squeezing me

teasing me, now fiening me me,

you'll end up... screaming me

Inside thighs midst and taste like wine

Face down

her waist down

Let’s not waste time.

Warm kisses all over her backside and waist line

Her knees twitch like a glitch

Her eyes spins like whirlwinds

I guess I have her vision well rounded

Inhale. Exhale. We mesh well

She taste well----

done.

Toes curls and ankles spun.

Face led up like the sun.

Infatuated. Intoxicated by my tongue

My lips and her neck met.

I have more than her neck wet

she sweats...profusely

ear lobes perfume sweet

juicy

mouth watering

four hands wandering

foreheads wandering

eyes watering

tears warm like wax off hot candles

physical examples

unparalleled from all angles

body temperature is hot like right angles

90 degree urges splurges.

She surpass nervous

grabbing wrist and ankles

positions and angles and opened triangles

Slow motion

Wet like oceans

Hot like coffee coasters

High like roller coasters

Coast you till you bending over

Heads and tails like a quarter

look back at it and roll over

Bringing new meanings to head… and shoulders

legs spread over the bed spread

open like a folder

Knees buckle and heavy breathing

Mouths wide...tongue tide to enlighten

Ride this for excitement

Keep your hands inside the ride at all times. No standing.

I came. She came. we came to a complete landing.

subtle yet demanding

we fuck exotic till we explode like rockets

she leaves minds hypnotic.

warm in my mouth like hot chocolate

She is Ebony

Rosewood

Kanye West has gone forth and instituted a group-wide participation within his music label G.O.O.D.. The Rosewood Movement stresses a certain sartorial flair involving suits, the initiative goes beyond fashion and requires those involved to showcase exemplary behavior towards others and to be a model citizen within society.

Cool Chanel wallet/mini purse looking thing. It resembles a cassette....also, some pool on top of a building. Looks cool, but scary as hell.

You think you know...well...you probably do.

I listen to R&B songs from the 60s, 70s, and 80s. I have a sponsor daughter from India named Rehka. I am a student at Roosevelt who, when the teacher asked our class what are our goals I stated "I'm going to change the world"...the teacher almost laughed, and she also almost had a shoe thrown at her. 90s music was great all around...Rap, Alternative, R&B...hell even Pop. I eat Golden Grahams and write poetry. My room is a mix of soul, Africa and black history and its junky as hell right now. People think because I like women with natural hair that i don't like women with weave...wrong....I don't like women with bad weaves. I find it hard to not buy clothes for every new occasion. If I had to pick five artist to listen to for the rest of my life it would be Prince, Kanye, Erykah, Explosions in the Sky, Lupe Fiasco.

I like woman who like to dress, who are down to earth and who I can laugh with and make laugh until they can't breathe. If I had the money I would build a number of youth resource and art centers to teach and expose inner city youth to literature, artistic expressions (song, poetry, instruments, dance), and culture. I want them to reach their full potential not just aspire to play basketball, rap, or do hair. I love Jesus...His dad is cool too. I have 4 sisters and one brother...my brother acts like a girl sometimes so I really have 5 sisters. I still support Barack Obama...even when he is trifflin. Malcolm X, the movie Hotel Rwanda, and staying in South Africa for two weeks changed my views about the world and myself all within the same time. I am ingrained in church but I don't consider my self a church person...church ppl are very very very weird, noisy, and they wear way too much perfume/cologne. The Book of Eli was underrated. American Gangster was overrated. I want a good female friend----turn best friend---turn crush---turn relationship---turn true love...I seen that on Boy Meets World. I disown the other Friday movies...the only good one was the first. Poetic Justice and Crooklyn and The Wood and Big Daddy and House Party and Aaladin, and the Goofy Movie, and the Wedding Singer and BeBe's Kids are movies I can watch over and over. Hide your grandmother's daughter. I want to meet my fBook friends who I never met in person...is that weird? I am writing a book of poems. Softsoap is the best. Mariah Carey settled.

I have a job and I get paid an hourly stipend. No vacation hours, benefits, sick days. When I get sick I have to go to Cook County and sit next to ppl who don't have jobs.

If I had to pick one fBook friend to hang with who I never met in person, haven't seen in years, or see on the regular it would probably be you. I like to look in the mirror like four or five times before I leave the house. I find it hard to have many friends my age..they're have immature mindsets. I wish there was a big ass dislike button for the ppl who don't tell you that you when you have a booger in your nose...then you see it when you get home and get pissed. I never forgave Chris Brown or the ppl that defended him. I think giving someone a #Fail or a #Clown is the funniest.

I never seen Harlem Nights or the Color Purple so my black card is revoked....but I been to Africa, so give me that shit right back!

I love black women. God doesn't get mad when I use profanity as long as I'm not cursing someone out....He told me that. Be Free and speak your mind that's why God gave it to you. I'm probably a feminist and don't even know it. I think gay ppl are some of the realist ppl. I like all kinds of food, especially women. Acts 26; 17b-18, I listened to a Christmas song in June and couldn't stop laughing. All of Kanye's album went platinum. I don't care about politics...hell I'll vote for Sasha and Malia, Jesus Peace was cold but YAM is anemic, I like to go on dates and surprise a girl by doing something so unique and special that she can't stop smiling in the inside, why did Mr.Snuffleupagus off Sesame Street look like he smelt like boo boo?, Eminem is the best rapper alive...listen to the word play lyrically, I procrastinate, I can't locate my Honesty Box...someone stole it, TLC is my favorite female group ever, I miss playing Super Nintendo, I like game nights and parties with friends, I hate clubs that have dress codes...just say no ignorant niggas aloud, Mary J. Blidge makes music is now for single women in their late 40s, my mom's justification for never paying me my money back is that she gave birth to me, Paul Mooney and Richard Pryor = constant laughs, ok ok...here are videos that I created - www.youtube.com/mjul, I want an iPad just to walk around school like (in my white Harvard grad voice) "oh, laptops...people still use those?", I only wear one pair of gym shoes...Supra, I like ppl who like my status updates...I feel important. I boycott Nike due to their sweatshops in India...don't do it!, Drake's voice gets annoying after a while, I want to be an independent film director and make documentaries, four kids would be nice but I will settle for two and a half, Everett is funny, Insecurities will hold you back in life, If you live in the suburbs and you're black, and you feel like you have to act out black stereotypes around your white friends...you are so lame, my birthday is the same day Martin Luther King gave his I have a dream speech and the same day Emmett Till was killed. Sometimes the Redline smells like a zoo...wait..all the time the Redline smells like a zoo. Be who you are and not what others want you to be, If Aaliyah was still alive, Beyonce would have never left Destiny's Child, I feel like I would make a great actor, Am I the only one who enjoy fbook stalking?, I'm always in the cute category...puppies are cute, going to college doesn't make you smarter, it makes you poorer. I'm still not who you think I am...but right now I am so late for work.

Chrisette looks amazing. I need that suit from P, Willow is so cute, don't know who the chick is at the bottom lol but I was feeling her style.

20yr College Student Takes a Stand

More inspirational junk! We need to hear more about young women like this---- She is so FEARLESS! 20-year old college student Marisol Valles has taken up the position of chief of police of Guadalupe, Mexico -- the country's second most violent city & controlled by drug lords. No one else would take the job. Keep her in your prayers! You are an inspiration!!

Guadalupe's mayor was murdered in June; police be-headings are common. The current mayor said his hands were tied: Valles, a criminology major, "was the only person to accept the position."

she had this to say after being asked if she was afraid...

"Afraid? Everyone is afraid and it's very natural. What motivates me here is that the project is very good and can do a lot for my town. I know that we are going to change and remove this. - Marisol Valles"

$100 Million for Newark Schools

Nothing but love for the Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg who donated $100 million to the failing Newark school system. Our education system needs help like this! The donation is the first in part of Zuckerberg's new foundation to improve schools. This is cool as hell because he is the youngest billionaire making such a large impact on society. We need more ppl with money and power to have a heart like this!

Trailer: Waiting for Superman

This film is very good. I don't think the trailer truly does it justice. The movie was very moving and slightly emotional at times, and very informative and educational without being boring. I recommend this for any teacher, educator or aspiring teachers.

My top 5 John Legend Songs

So I figure every now and then, more than likely on a Monday, I'll drop my "Top 5". For the First I figure I'll drop my top 5 John Legend Songs...and if you haven't heard em, check it out.

MY TOP 5: JOHN LEGEND SONGS

5. Save Room - Because it's so classic. It's on of those songs that is just so different from whats out right now that it hits you. Also, the sound is very unique and John's voice sounds great over this classic-like sound.

4. Get Lifted

3. Ordinary People - Yeah, so you knew this would make the list. I bet you thought it would be number one huh...wrong. Ordinary People is a great song...the piano keys are a somewhat similar sound to "My Cherie Amour" by Stevie Wonder. I love this song a lot...but not enough for number one.

2. So High - Another one off of John's first album. This song really takes you there. Even if you're not in love this junk will put you on cloud nine. lol. This is JL at his finest.

1. Again - This song is just the shit. lol. It's a slow piano ballad that is very soulful, and laid back. I love it. Light a candle, dim the lights and cut this junk on.

----------- Top three that didn't make the list-------------
1. If You're out There.
2. Another Again
3. Shine
